We are a husband-and-wife run motel located just off the interstate under the beaming Lima Peaks!!

As a refreshing stop on the way between larger cities, whether the friendly people or the stark views make it that, Lima boasts it's own anomalies with the Peat Steakhouse just down the street (open Thursday-Sunday nights for food), Centennial Valley at hand, and Continental Divide trail just 15 minutes south of the motel. The town is also surrounded by several mountain ranges, many yet to be largely explored- including the Blacktail, Beaverhead and Bitterroot mountains, with several rivers running through them. 

Josh and I bought the motel soon after settling in the small town, and fell in love with the scenery, small town feel. and undiscovered gems of the treasure state. We'd recently gotten married and had a vision for what the motel could become, with Josh's experience in the trades and mine in family business. In just the first 7 months, we've completed laundry and lobby renovations, residence remodels, and 8 of the 16 main bathrooms! Returning guests from previous years have noticed the expansive property cleanup and ongoing room updates for a nicer, more enjoyable stay.
