We are a husband-and-wife run motel off the interstate under the beaming Lima Peaks!!

As a refreshing stop between larger cities, whether the friendly people or the views make it that, Lima is surrounded by several mountain ranges, many yet to be explored. This includes the Blacktail, Beaverhead and Bitterroot mountains, with several rivers running through them. The Centennial Valley is close at hand, and the Continental Divide trail rests just 15 minutes south of the motel. The town also boasts food anomalies with the Peat Steakhouse just down the street, homemade honeyberry ice cream, and a killer breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site. At a place previously referred to as a food desert, summer 2026 is the start of a new era for Lima!

Josh and I bought the motel soon after settling in the town, and fell in love with the scenery, small town feel. and undiscovered gems of the treasure state. We'd recently gotten married and had a vision for what the motel could become, with Josh's experience in the trades and mine in family business. In just the first year we've completed 13 room and bathroom renovations, with a 14th well on it's way! Returning guests from previous years have noticed the expansive property cleanup, ongoing room updates, and a welcoming lobby for a nicer, more enjoyable stay.
